Do you fancy a celebrity..I don't but I'll 'say' I do..I'm going to get a Picture of Tom Cruise
and dreamy effect him! Open up Adobe photoshop and open up the picture you want use mine if you don't know which one to pick, Click on the tab it says 'File Edit Image Layer Select Filter View Window Help' go on 'Filter'; Distort ; Diffuse Glow.It may look ugly at first but once you change around your settings (For a better quality image reduce the Graniness) and add some effects this is how mine turned out.
