Adding Scan Lines

001. Use a decent picture I am using a picture of Nelly Furtado.
002.Duplicate the layer.
003.Go to your tool box and use the bucket slash fill tool.
004. Select the stripes pattern not fine stripes.
005.Set the layer opacity to 63.6.The mode should be set to normal. 006.Fill the picture up with stripes.
007.Set your duplicated copy to hard light.
008.Get the rubber tool and then if you want you can rub out the face of Nelly Furtado so she looks much more clearer if you're in a rush use the maraque tool. http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u106/piczotown-1/Untitled-5.gif
